Upon arrival at Nyerere National Park, you will be welcomed to one of Africa’s largest and most untouched wilderness areas. After check-in at your lodge and getting a short rest, your adventure begins with a 2–3 hour sunset boat safari along the Great Rufiji River.
This unique water safari offers a different perspective of wildlife. You may see large groups of hippos bathing in the river, Nile crocodiles resting on the riverbanks, and elephants or buffaloes coming to drink water. The beautiful African sunset reflecting on the river creates a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere.
After the boat safari, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.
