After the SPICE FARM TOUR, you will take part in a SWAHILI COOKING CLASS

The SWAHILI COOKING EXPERIENCE begins at the end of the spice farm tour, where a local Zanzibari woman, serving as your chef, will guide you through the process of preparing authentic Swahili dishes. She will provide step-by-step instructions on how to use fresh ingredients and traditional spices to create a delicious Zanzibar-style meal.
Once the meal is ready, you will enjoy your dish while engaging in a pleasant conversation with the chef, savoring the rich flavors of Swahili cuisine.
